Group Fitness Classes

HIIT

High intensity interval training is a combination of strength and cardiovascular training that incorporates alternating short periods of intense and explosive exercise with brief recovery periods. Our motivating, high energy HIIT class will help you build lean muscle, improve endurance, burn calories, and boost your metabolism to deliver maximum results. Exercises can include split squat jumps, burpees, box jumps, push ups, jump rope, and rowing.

Focus: Muscular endurance & Anaerobic conditioning. 

Power and Conditioning

Whether you are a sport athlete, powerlifter, runner, or someone who just wants to get fit this class will help enhance your performance by strengthening muscles, improving muscular endurance and cardiovascular capacity. We combine strength training, plyometrics, speed and agility training to build a variety of skills.  Exercises can include planks, pull- ups, back squats, dead bugs, wall balls and conditioning ropes.

Focus: Performance & Agility.

Starting Strength

Strength training for beginners (or those that need a refresher) in a non-intimidating environment incorporating foundational exercises to help you get stronger, improve your energy and balance. Using compound movements that involve multiple joints and muscles working together this class will help you increase muscle mass, improve core stability and kick start your metabolism. Exercises can include squats, deadlifts, push and pull exercises, overhead press, and core training.

Focus:  Muscular strength & Stability.

Intermediate Strength

Intermediate strength will set you on the path to major gains in strength and endurance.  In this class we build on the foundational movements like squats, deadlifts, push and pull exercises, split squats, overhead press, and core training with progressively heavier loads. The circuit training nature of this class will have you moving from one exercise to the next and have you in and out of the gym within 45 to 60 minutes max!

Focus: Muscular hypertrophy & Endurance.

Active Recovery and Flexibility

Active recovery is an important part of any fitness program. This class focuses on

dedicating the time to care for your body, promote better movement and improve functional range of motion. Learn and practice good recovery habits between your workouts in a calming and slower paced environment. Exercises can include active stretching, foam rolling, coordination and range of motion drills.

Focus: Mobility & Recovery.

Balance and Mobility

For those that are not quite ready to lift heavy but want to get stronger, improve their fitness and stability. This class focuses on a combination of strengthening, stretching, balance and aerobic exercises to keep you active, mobile, and feeling great. In this class we use bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, and kettlebells to improve your strength and stability while reducing your risk of injury and preventing falls. Exercises include sit to stand, push and pull exercises, hip hinging, core stability, overhead press.

Focus: Injury & Fall Prevention.
